ABOUT ME

I started my career in education, and throughout my many roles in schools, I found myself coaching and mentoring the people around me.

You might say it’s my most natural way of being.

The path that started in classrooms and fields has shaped my love for coaching individuals, no matter their industry, stage of life, or goals for coaching.

When I’m not coaching my clients, I am enjoying my life with my family, coaching my favorite youth hockey team ever, running my business, throwing the ball for my dog, walking the beaches and trails of Cape Cod, or reading something to take me away from it all.

Whatever brings you to coaching, I am here to help you get clear in your decision-making and find better ways of doing things so that you can be confident as the leader of your own life.

Together, we will walk the path of awareness, choice, and transformation.
